About Us
Meet T. Amerson Pegram, M.D.
Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Pegram specializes in orbital, lacrimal (tear duct), eyelid, eyebrow, and facial surgery, as well as other facial cosmetic surgeries including cosmetic lower eyelid blepharoplasty, cosmetic browlift, face/neck lift, filler, and Botox. Originally from Murfreesboro, TN, Dr. Pegram is excited to start his own practice in the service of Middle Tennesseans.
Dr. Pegram graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in advanced mathematics and a minor in chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN in 2006. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, TN in 2011. As a medical student, Dr. Pegram was awarded the Letitia G. Doggett Scholar, one of five endowed, full-tuition scholarships given for academics, leadership, professionalism, and personal qualities. He was also elected by his classmates and attendings in 2010 for the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
After medical school, Dr. Pegram completed a transitional internship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2012. He then went on to complete an Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Tennessee, Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis from 2012 to 2015. Following his residency, he completed two years of subspecialty training in a highly sought after American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) and American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (ABFCS) fellowship at Eyeplastx in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Pegram was the winner of the poster presentation competition at the 2017 American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Annual Meeting for his poster demonstrating a novel brow lifting technique.
Dr. Pegram is board certified in Ophthalmology and is a Fellow in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and in the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In addition to the various scholarships, awards, and volunteer activities Dr. Pegram has participated in, he has published many research papers and publications in his field.

Amber is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse specializing in facial balancing using a combination of fillers, neuromodulators, and Sculptra. She graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor's in Nursing. Amber has previously worked in preoperative, postoperative, and operating room procedures, including Oculoplastic surgeries. She is passionate about providing aesthetic treatments to help patients enhance their appearance at any age. Her future goals include continuous professional development through attending aesthetic training courses.
Chelsie
Esthetician
Chelsie brings a passion for skin health and corrective skin treatments. She has a background of working in various cosmetic surgery practices. She also received her Esthetics license from Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute Nashville in 2022. She enjoys cultivating a strong relationship with her clients and is committed to promoting healthy skin through education and cutting-edge services.
