  • Appointment Policy

Out of respect for our providers’ time, please arrive early for your appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. If our schedule allows, we will do our best to perform your entire treatment in the remaining time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card will be required to reserve all cosmetic appointments. Credit card information is stored within our secure patient portal software. We understand that unforeseen life events occur, and appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If appointments are not cancelled in advance, there will be $50 fee charged to your on-file credit card.   If you are fifteen or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting our following clients. If we are unable to accommodate you at the time you arrive, you may be charged $50 to the card on file. 

 

We appreciate you understanding our policy. This will only allow us to provide you and future patients with the best service.

  • Children in the Med Spa

Due to the nature of our procedures and safety precautions, we cannot accommodate children in the med spa.

  • Results

Please keep in mind that results are not guaranteed. We strive to provide the best possible result for every patient. However, there are many variables outside of our control that may outcomes. Lifestyle choices, diet, exercise, hydration, prior skin damage, sun exposure, and other factors affect the results. Each patient is unique, and we are committed to providing individualized care for the most natural result.

Please discuss your treatment expectations with us before your treatment. There are no refunds
